Due to the nature of our business, we understand that your customers won't always get the right fit first time. If one of your clients isn't happy with the size of the trainers they've received, we're able to offer an exchange for a different size, provided the item is unused and in the condition it was sent out in.

Please note that a £5 restocking fee applies to all size exchanges. You'll also need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the correct size back out to your client. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process the exchange and get the new size dispatched as quickly as possible.
